Everything was top-notch.

We had a fantastic time exploring Western Massachusetts, especially the beautiful Manhan Rail Trail! The hotel's location was super convenient for us, making it easy to access fun spots. The staff was welcoming and our queen suite had enough space for my family and fiance to relax comfortably.

My kids wished for the pool area to be safer, as it was pretty slippery. Improving that would make it perfect for families!

I recently spent three nights in a spacious Queen Suite that truly exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. A highlights included the delicious breakfast with a unique twist, like the bean salad. The attentive staff showed a genuine care for our experience. Definitely a gem worth visiting!

The King Room was super spacious and clean. Seriously, you could smell the bleach when I walked in, which felt great! The bed was so comfy—slept like a baby. The bathroom was stocked with Bath & Body Works stuff, which is a nice touch. Loved the big TV too. No noise despite two wedding parties. The hot tub was clean and perfect after a long day. Everything felt cozy and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked great, keeping it nice and cool.

It was just a perfect match for a quick stopover in Holyoke with good value for price. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. Try to enjoy the breakfast. it was filling.

i returned to holyoke after a previous stay and was pleasantly surprised by how much better this hotel was. the room was comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety, making mornings enjoyable. the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.

Perfect for a little getaway

The staff was incredibly kind—like when Noah recommended some great local spots for dinner and made sure we had everything we needed, that really meant a lot. Also, the couples massage we booked was top-notch, they really listened to our preferences and the atmosphere was so relaxing. a real escape from reality, ya know?

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience, I’d say it was acceptable.

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable. I loved the complimentary hot breakfast with fresh waffles and a variety of pastries. The indoor pool was great for relaxing, and the spa services were top-notch. Plus, there was always free coffee available in the lobby. Really a nice place to unwind.
